  1. Pick the current month, then open that month.
  2. Morning: open today’s date entry and use the template titled “Journal” and write your Gratitude.
  3. Daily habits check-in: scroll to Daily Habits (quick check-in) and tick off today’s habits.

At the end of the month, you’ll see how it went based on how many days were good moods, not-so-great moods, or okay vibes.
